An Enduring Measure of Fitness: The Simple Push-Up
I thought I was doing pretty good with doing 30 “female” push-ups (in perfect form) on a daily basis…but I can only do 3 “guy” push-ups (in perfect form). I need to improve. Goal: 25 “guy” pushups in 4 weeks (Apr 14)!
